Valentine Creations

My students need stickers, markers, card stock, colored paper, and Dum Dum suckers to create unique valentine cards.

My Students

My students are 21st century learners who are constantly seeking knowledge. They are growing up in a fast paced informational world. Most of their day is spent inside a classroom in a sedentary way. When they are given opportunities to move around and stimulate their brains, they get energized and excited about the things they still have to learn. My students need STEM based learning resources. These tools will be used to challenge their creative thinking in the areas of science, technology, engineering, and math.

My Project

My students need fun supplies to help make valentines that are as creative and unique as they are. The students will use heart, butterfly, and super hero templates to cut out valentines from colored paper and/or card stock to share with peers. They can also make their own creative designs. The stickers and markers will aid in the decorating process. Once the cards are finished, students will attach Dum Dum suckers to the middle of their cards. We plan to deliver the special surprises to our classmates during our friendship parties in February. I can't wait to see the final products and how much fun they will have making their own cards.
