This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are eager, young scholars that come to my classroom to experience their very first year in school! I want to provide the BEST learning experience for my students in a clean, organized room. We are in desperate need of a new carpet where my students can sit, dance, sing, and move around freely without worrying about the ugly, brown stains on the old, stinky carpet.
A carpet/rug that can sit my 20 students is a crucial necessity in preschool.
We meet on the carpet to refocus, redirected and learn together as a whole group from the starting to the end of our day. Although we teach in small groups, the carpet is used throughout the day.
