Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are incredibly resilient individuals and are slowly adjusting to the idea that soon their 6th grade school year will be over and for some, this is a scary feeling. This school year has been an adjustment for them and they have learned to express their feelings and emotions through art.
The donations to this project will help my students use their creativity to express their feelings in a positive manner.
My students are eager and ready to get started on their artwork and cannot wait for the art supplies to arrive.
The students will have the opportunity to showcase their talents by displaying their work in the classroom and library if they choose to do so.
