My Project
Preschool age children are experiencing so many firsts! In my classroom there is a big push towards growing readers and increasing pre-writing skills.
I plan to use the complete Die Cut system to provide a variety of visual prompt to increase expressive written and verbal language.
Children have stories to tell and memories to retell. They start by drawing pictures and then slowly begin to connect those drawings to words and meanings. They go from drawing without a plan to expressing their story through images and words. Die Cut images are the best kept secret for boosting pre-writing and storytelling skills.
