Using Art Students have Made Amazing Growth!

Help me give my students the Art Supplies, (pencils, sketch books, expo markers, etc) so we can continue our successful year as a class that uses the arts to teach the curriculum.

FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. Ryan's classroom raised $352

My Students

My third-grade students are eager to learn. They are curious, creative, and have great imaginations even though we are a Title I school in a high poverty neighborhood.

School is a safe place and I do my best to make my classroom fun and exciting.

Most of my students live in public housing. Their neighborhoods are rough and school is a place for them to be safe. My class is mostly African American children who face a lot of challenges.

My job, as a teacher, is to help them overcome these challenges and become the amazing adults I know they can become.

My Project

We are an arts integrated school. I am currently taking classes on how to integrate art into my curriculum to help my students become amazing. Since September we have used art through sketch books, drama, expo markers and other methods to teach the curriculum, and my students have soared.

In September we had plenty of supplies but now we are on empty and need your help.

I put together a list, pencils, glue sticks, expo markers, boards, sketch books, colored pencils, etc. In many school systems teacher do not need to ask for these supplies but where I teach we are in need.

Our parent do their best but we need your help so that my students can continue to show what they know using the arts. Please help me so I can help my students. I thank you so much for all your help. Your donations mean so much!
