US History Through Books

Help me give my students the opportunity to experience the history of the United States through picture books.

FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. Duncan's classroom raised $204

My Project

Students need more than a textbook to grasp history. These books showcase the Revolutionary War time period in a way students can recognize.

Donations to this project will bring history to life for my students.

The selection of books includes stories showcasing James Lafayette, picture books, and humorous books. Picture books are great for older students. Picture books and humorous books catch students' attention and imagination. Students will be able to use the imagery to further understand the topics we encounter in the classroom.

Help us add more books to our classroom for students to learn from.
