My Project
As a social studies teacher, it is very important to me that my students are exposed to a variety of historical perspectives. For the 24-25 school year, our US history course will be taught using an Indigenous lens. In this course, students will learn about the history of the United States through the perspective of Indigenous Americans. I plan on using this text as our guide. My hope is that every student has a copy of the book to use in class.
