My Project

Help create a safe space for our student leaders and readers! The Media center is an active and busy space for our k-5 students. There is space for them to explore books and the maker space during weekly. We need your help encouraging our student leaders (grades 6-8) to visit the Library by choice during their free time (lunch/ early mornings/ flex elective time)!

All of the items listed already have a "home" meaning the space is ready for our scholars on day 1.

With your help, our designated space will host a beverage bar and be located in the center of our YA fiction and graphic novel section. Creative displays for easy access, lounging areas and a warm (or cool) beverage will give the space a book store vibe. Students will also be encouraged to o stretch, journal, and plan (projects, SGA meetings etc.) in this curated space.
