My Students
I have always wanted to be a teacher. From the time I was 5, watching my grandpa teach was all the incentive I needed to want to join the ranks of resilient teachers. Nestled up against the Wasatch Mountains in beautiful Utah, my new school provides a perfect place for my students to progress and learn!
My students deserve the best environment for learning!
As a newly graduated teacher, I believe that the best chance these kids would have at a successful year would be to have their classroom be a positive and encouraging environment. These kids are smart and kind and they have so much to offer the school. I want to be able to give them a classroom that allows them to do just that: grow.
My Project
After being in a full classroom this year, I've realized how many materials I go through with these upper-grade kids (and how fast they go as well!). After we had a virtual learning week because of recent surges of Covid in our area, I realized how desperately unprepared I was to teach online.
These kids deserve to have the best materials online and in the classroom that I can give them!
This money will help me get the resources I need to teach properly and for the kids to learn properly!
