This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Hi. Finally, we are almost making up for the learning loss from missing one in-person robotics season. This year we have officers and team members that understand the rigors of FIRST robotics. My students are ready to hit the ground running this upcoming school year.

In this project, we are requesting a battery charger so we can use our power tools to build our robot.

Also requested are card stock so we can make marketing materials for our team according to our team colors of purple, green and pink. We also have asked for a caliper for precise measuring, a chain plier to help in fixing chains for our robot, folding stool chairs so that we can sit comfortably after a long day of building, plus portable lighting to see the inner compartments of the robot. The sensory tiles will assist our team during our team-building exercises.

These materials will help my students in their learning loss because they will aid in building a robot with their own hands and use their imagination to showcase our team and build team spirit.
