This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In this project, I am requesting dry erase markers, washable markers, tissues, cleaning wipes, hand sanitizer, supply storage bins, and book bins. I've had several successful projects with getting new books for our classroom library. I'm overflowing with lots of books for my students to read, but that also means I need somewhere to put them. I already have the neon set of book bins and now I need more of them so that my students are able to put away their books without damaging them.

As per usual, we've used a lot of supplies this year, especially with the restrictions COVID brought.

Therefore I need to replenish a lot of my supplies. Due to the students I serve, many cannot afford to buy their own supplies or help out the classroom surplus. Our school is usually able to provide some supplies at the beginning of the year, but getting towards the end of the year I am running low on some basic needs such as hand sanitizer, tissues, and cleaning wipes. Since COVID, students are required to have their own supplies and not share, which is why I am in need of dry erase markers and washable markers.
