My Students
My students are kind, responsible, and full of questions! They absolutely love hands-on projects and challenges that allow them to be creative. They come to school each day ready to try new things.
My class is full of 20 fun-loving, joke-telling, hard-working kiddos.
They never cease to amaze me with their determination and their love for reading and math. They have given me so much joy this year!
My Project
Education is a very under-funded area. Most of my curriculum is from the 90's and doesn't cover or even get close to teaching our updated state standards. Because of this, my team and I spend the majority of our time outside of school hours trying to create resources that will properly teach and match the standard that we're teaching. Unfortunately, we spend so much time trying to create our resources that each week we are rushed to get our planning done before the next week begins.
These teacher pay teacher gift cards will allow us to purchase up-to-date resources that will match our state standards, allowing us more time to dive into our students' data and plan meaningful and engaging lessons.
