This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I have been in my current classroom for 12 years. During this time students have been using the same materials year after year. These materials are now worn out, broken and are looking shabby. My students deserve an upgrade to support their emotional growth and personal pride they take in their classroom.
Please support my students by giving them new cubbies and dry erase boards.
They will use the new bins for their rest time blankets which are kept in the classroom Monday through Friday. They will use the new dry erase boards to support learning fine motor skills such as print awareness.
