My Project
Our robotics room is filled with extremely old furniture. It's difficult to re-arrange the room as needed, so our plan is to attach the amazon carts to the existing wooden table tops. The students will get practice using the power drills and disassembling the old furniture.
Our robotics students work day in and day out.
They strive to make the robotics room more work-friendly, so "upcycling" our existing furniture will help freshen up the space! We plan to have robotics in the summer, so students can come and work on this project.
The robotics room is used as a classroom during the school day, which means it needs to fit 30+ students into the room! So, during the day, the tables are spaced out to fit as many students as possible. After school, the tables are re-arranged so that it allows for robotics work to be done. This constant re-arrangement would be much easier if our tables had wheels, so that is our plan for this project. Please help us refurbish our space!
