Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As a new reading intervention teacher in a Title I school, I am in need of a portable whiteboard that I can move around in my space in order to effectively teach my small groups of students. This tool will allow me to quickly change the resources I need for each of my groups.

The storage underneath will help me keep my supplies organized for each of my nine groups of students.

I will also be able to display my sound cards, as well as write on it or move magnetic letter tiles around.

The fact that it is adjustable will allow my students to utilize it as well. Whether they are helping me or teaching each other. My students shine best when they feel like they can contribute and succeed. They love showing what they know to others and take a lot of pride in being able to show their peers how to do something, such as spell.

This tool will help me and my students be more efficient and effective.
