My Project
My classroom is full of active second graders. We are always moving around and learning.
The students are moving around and learning in different groupings and centers.
Every time that we move we make an unbearable amount of noise with our desks and chairs.
I can't help, but feel sorry for the classes below us or around us, but this moving around allows the students to be actively learning. If they were stuck in the same spot all the time they would get bored and not be able to focus as much.
The tennis balls will give us the ability to cap the legs on the desks, chairs, and tables so that we can move around with no noise. The tennis balls actually will make sliding the desks around easier for the students too.
The tennis balls will make our classroom a better and more functional learning space.
