Dear Amazing Donors,

Imagine a classroom where every student is captivated, engaged, and honing essential skills – all without a single screen in sight!

My advisory class, located in our bustling manufacturing lab, is preparing for a district-wide cell phone ban next year. While my students are generally focused during our hands-on shop work, advisory downtime after announcements can sometimes lead to disengagement.

We need your help to transform this downtime into an opportunity for growth!

My goal is to create a dynamic "Brain Games Station" stocked with thought-provoking, captivating activities that foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and positive social interaction. Instead of reaching for phones, students will be challenged by:

Classic Strategy Games: Chess, Uno, and Battleship to sharpen logical thinking and planning.

Tactile & Mind-Bending Puzzles: Fidget puzzles to aid focus and problem-solving for all learning styles.

Vocabulary & Wordplay: Scrabble-like games to expand language skills and strategic thinking.

These games aren't just for fun; they are powerful tools that support brain development, encourage healthy competition, and build community. They will ensure our students remain engaged and stimulated, preparing them for a successful screen-free environment.

The funds will also secure BIG RED ATC310R-1 Tool Cart, an essential, durable storage solution, ensuring these valuable resources are kept organized and accessible when needed, and safely tucked away when our manufacturing lab is in full operation.
