My Project
The Osmo Detective Agency and Osmo Coding Starter Kit, paired with an iPad, will provide my second graders with interactive, hands-on learning experiences that develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and coding skills. These tools will make abstract concepts tangible, engaging students in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) through gamified learning. By incorporating real-world problem-solving, geography, and foundational coding, these resources will enhance engagement, promote collaboration, and prepare students for the digital world.
My goal is to create a dynamic STEAM learning environment where students actively engage in technology-driven problem-solving.
I want to be able to foster curiosity and creativity through interactive learning experiences, build foundational coding and logic skills to prepare students for future success, encourage critical thinking, collaboration, and perseverance in problem-solving and most importantly make learning more accessible and enjoyable, inspiring a love for STEAM subjects.
My students are inquisitive, creative, and eager to explore the world around them. They thrive when given hands-on, interactive learning experiences and are always excited to tackle new challenges. Despite their enthusiasm, access to cutting-edge educational technology is limited in our classroom. By providing them with these STEAM resources, I can help bridge the gap and unlock their full potential, empowering them with the skills they need to succeed in an ever-evolving digital world.
