I use printed materials on a daily basis in my classroom, not only for student activities, but also to help my classroom run smoothly. As a special education teacher, I work with students who benefit significantly from having visual aids, checklists, and other scaffolds available throughout the day to help them complete assignments and move through daily routines. I provide visuals and checklists for routines such as cleaning up materials, completing class jobs, and packing up at the end of the day. We also use many checklists, visual aids, and anchor charts when learning with our curriculum, all of which require printing. Additionally, our English Language Arts curriculum does not provide student workbooks, meaning I need to print all student materials for our daily ELA lessons.
My current printer no longer works, which makes it much more difficult for me to create these important printed materials for my class.
Please help me provide these crucial resources to my wonderful students so that they can thrive in third grade! Thank you!
