My Project

In our ESE Kindergarten–1st Grade classroom, every small moment of discovery is a big victory. My 12 amazing students are all on the autism spectrum, each with unique strengths, challenges, and ways of expressing themselves. What unites them is a beautiful eagerness to learn, connect, and grow—especially through hands-on activities that engage their senses and spark their imagination.

To nurture their development, I am requesting essential materials that will both inspire and support their learning journeys.

Art supplies will help my students express emotions they sometimes can’t put into words, while puzzles and manipulatives will encourage problem-solving, motor skill development, and teamwork. These resources are more than just fun—they're tools for communication and connection.

An organized classroom is a calm and safe place for my students. That’s why we’re also in need of simple, visual storage solutions to keep our space structured and predictable, helping reduce anxiety and promote independence.
