My Project
Critical thinking is key! Problem-solving is the cognitive process of finding solutions to challenges or complex situations. This tends to include defining the problem, gathering information and data, generating potential solutions, evaluating the pros and cons of each solution, making a decision, and implementing the chosen solution. What better tools can there be for students to develop strategic thinking than a game of chess? To be able to bless my students with this wonderful game is a dream.
Effective problem-solving requires critical thinking, creativity, and the ability to consider multiple perspectives.
Problem-solving is present in everyday situations and across all fields: business, science, personal life, and education. Allowing our students to be engaged as they are being educated allows them to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills naturally and fluidly. With your help, I would love to give this to my students.
