Help bring the Guided Phonics + Beyond® Decodable Books—created by Tara West—into the hands of eager young readers in a high-poverty community.
These engaging, skill-based books are built on the Science of Reading and designed to boost confidence and literacy for English language learners.
Each book features 10 fiction and 10 nonfiction stories that encourage students to apply phonics skills before relying on pictures—eliminating guessing and building true reading mastery. With no irregular high-frequency words until they’re taught, these books support structured, intentional learning.
