it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As an Intervention/MTSS teacher, I work with approximately 50 students across kindergarten through eighth grade, each with unique learning needs. Our goal is to provide targeted support that helps every student bridge gaps and achieve their full potential. To truly maximize their learning experience and celebrate their progress, we need your help in acquiring two essential resources: noise-canceling headphones with protective pouches and engaging reward items.
Many of our students benefit immensely from a quiet and focused workspace.
In a busy school environment, noise-canceling headphones are invaluable. They allow students to concentrate better during individual work, small group instruction, or while using educational technology. To ensure these headphones last and stay hygienic, individual pouches are essential for safe storage and easy organization.
Beyond creating an optimal learning environment, we believe in celebrating every step of our students' growth. Boosting motivation and engagement: Small incentives acknowledge hard work and effort, encouraging students to continue striving for improvement. Recognizing achievements, no matter how small, helps students feel successful and confident in their abilities. Fostering a positive learning culture: Rewards create an encouraging atmosphere where students feel valued and supported.
