This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We are a Title I school in Los Angeles, California, and we serve a diverse community. Our students are primarily from low-income families and this printer can help their learning experience truly come to life. Our class this year has 23 dual language scholars who have a love of play and learning.
A color printer will enable us to print colorful worksheets and visuals that stimulate their curiosity and brighten our classroom.
It will also enhance every aspect of our classroom learning and curriculum from literacy to science and everything in between. I really believe that this printer will make a significant difference in our classroom.
More than three‑quarters of students from low‑income households
Data about students' economic need comes from the National Center for Education Statistics, via our partners at MDR Education. Learn more
