Help me give my students the inspiration to unlock their culinary and artistic potential by exploring ways to prepare simple meals and create stunning art.
My students are visionary thinkers, ingenious makers and groundbreaking innovators who deserve access to a wide range of resources. My students must be holistically educated in todays fast pace, ever evolving world. I want to empower the kids to discover their full potential through diverse learning channels, and I believe that teaching the kids to cook and use their creativity will foster growth and independence. The kids are incredibly insightful with a thirst for knowledge that drives their curiosity and prompts them to ask thoughtful questions. With these new resources my students can dive into meaningful projects, that will be impactful for years to come. I am asking for a bread maker as it could be used as a hands on learning about baking, ingredients, and following instructions as well as providing a fun and engaging activity for the children. Using an ice cream maker in kindergarten can be a fun and engaging way to teach children about science, math, and other STEM concepts, while also providing a delicious treat. Making ice cream involves understanding concepts like freezing point depression (the use of salt to lower the freezing point of water), heat transfer, and phase changes (liquid to solid).
