Unity Through Color and Shape

My Project

I have been having students create a design on a 6x6 squares that we put together and hang in the hallways of our school. Students are always amazed when we assemble all 165 students individual designs and it creates a unified mural. Simultaneously this mural creates a sense of unity and variety through color and shape by repeating the color white and the use of triangles and squares as the shapes.

I have been able to do this project for 2 years using scrap paper from my personal supplies that I have collected over the years but now my supply is extremely low and in order to continue this project I need more 12x12 color card stock paper and glue so this project can implemented through the years and adding color to the grey walls of our hallways.
