My Students

Phenomenal student that's me. My students are the epitome of success. Coming from all walks of life we come every morning into a culture enriched classroom ready to learn. My students hold each other accountable as well as their teachers. We are an army of leaders, the future leaders of tomorrow.

Our Middle School is ran by a team of teachers who work day in and day out to ensure that EVERY child is receiving the best education possible.

As a flamboyan school we strive our hardest to ensure that family engagement is put at the forefront of all that we do. We are the first and only school to have completed 100% of home visits for every student that attends our campus. We believe that school is not just about grades it is about character, scholarship, and culture. Base Camp in particular includes student leaders who are exhibiting model school wide expectations. Since we are a Title 1 school with 100% of students receiving free breakfast and lunch, the uniform expense associated with middle school will be a financial burden for the majority of families. We want all students to feel apart of the school community and continue to stay invested in the culture we have created here.

My Project

As the introduction to Base Camp quickly approaches I am asking for your support to help sponsor uniforms for our incoming middle school students. We have an exciting year of education ahead of us and we want to ensure our students have everything they need in order to start the year off strong. This Base Camp experience for our students is an amazing opportunity. We have been issued a Verizon Grant which means these students will all have access to their own electronic device. I am asking for your support to help finance new uniforms for our students so that the financial burden does not prevent anyone from being able to be apart of this culture of learning.

Our students come in everyday with baggage of their own.

Some with dirty shirts and or no uniform at all, we want to prevent students from experiencing yet another burden during the day by providing their uniforms. We have exciting things planned this year. With the implementation of technology alongside a multitude of projects we want students focus to be primarily academics. We have some engaging reads plan from books like Roll of Thunder, Esperanza Rising, and more!
