This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are some of the greatest people that you'll ever meet. They are creative, curious, funny, sometimes lazy, sometimes disorganized, kind and eager to help. Help me give them art experiences as diverse as they are by introducing them to projects such as embroidery and batik fabric dying.

My students are always creating, drawing, sculpting, folding, carving, critiquing, analyzing, comparing, problem-solving, and LEARNING!

I am a public school Visual Arts teacher, who loves their job, and I need your help. I am looking for ways to make learning engaging, appropriate and most importantly, successful for all of my amazing students.
