Underfunded Teacher Needs Supplies

Over my past 24 years of teaching, the cost of supplies has drastically increased, while my classroom budget has not.

As a teacher who lives near a major highway, we often have new students enroll at our school that are homeless or struggling at home and can't afford school supplies. I often use my own money to buy the supplies they are lacking but this can get very costly. Headphones, glue, scissors, etc. are items we use everyday but I have a limited supply this year. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated!
