My Project
The first thing my students ask when they come into the room is "Are we going to play instruments today?" My students are very eager to learn new instruments and love to play, however, they usually have to share and take turns. Many students want to play ukulele, and we don't have any. A class set of ukuleles would allow all students to learn to play at the same time and create a collaborative environment in which students will reap the benefits of singing, playing, improvising, and just having fun.
