At our school, our students are eager to learn by doing. We use an arts-infused curriculum to encourage self-exploration, build self-confidence, and increase social and emotional development.

Eighty-seven percent of our students are eligible for free and reduced-price lunch, and more than one-third of our families reside in subsidized housing. We partner with our students and families to provide a high-quality early childhood education and set them up for success.
My Project
Our students are creative, independent, and their minds spark with music. Every student from our youngest little learners to our oldest preschool students is mesmerized by my ukelele for hello and goodbye songs. They all want to explore new sounds. What if we had a ukelele for every class?
Why not follow their passions and teach through their interests?
In this case: music and ukeleles! These instruments are perfect for little hands, easy to open tune, and amazing tools for comprehension.
