This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Thanks to the generosity of people in the Donors Choose community, my students and I were delighted to receive a class set of ukuleles in January. They are a very popular addition to my music classroom but unfortunately, I do not have a secure place to store them.

We need hooks to hang the ukuleles securely from the wall in a way that will keep them safe and also be easily accessible.

We also need felt picks, a ukulele chord poster, and stickers to clarify finger placement to support our budding ukulele program further.
