My Project
This season UCW Footballs 16th team in school history will be the very first team to play in our brand new stadium this upcoming fall. During the offseason, our coaching staff was dedicated and focused on numerous fundraising efforts that have gotten us new team shirts, helped our staff secure a Coaching Seminar at Halas Hall with the Chicago Bears, purchase new uniforms and also funded our efforts for football players during out-of-school activities.
Now, as we turn to the final phase of the off-season, we have a few more items remaining the we need to purchase.
As the school year comes to a close, it becomes tougher for us to fundraise in school. We still need a game ball as well as a few other items that have to last us through the summer and the entire season like tape, prewrap, girdles for player safety. We will also need whistles and other coaching equipment for our coaches and graduate assistants.
We want to make sure that our very first season on our new field is our best to date, and having the extra equipment we still need brings us that much closer to accomplishing our goals.
