Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This table will add many new dynamic learning opportunities to our 5th-grade classroom.
With this special group table, I will be able to meet with up to 6 students at a time.
The u-shape of this table is unique in that it allows me to sit in a way that I can view each child's work and give them instant feedback. It also allows me to track their progress with much more ease.
Currently, we meet on the floor on our rug in the classroom, which is not ideal.
I walk around with a clipboard and do my best to watch each student. It is not ideal and I know I miss many opportunities to help my students. This table would put an end to this once and for all!
