My Project

Help me create a calming, supportive environment where my students can thrive academically and emotionally.

In our keyboarding and journalism classes, students are constantly creating, typing, and sharing their voices—which can be exciting but also overwhelming at times.

With the addition of stress balls, mindfulness cards, and our beloved octopus lamp, we’re working to build a space that encourages focus, emotional regulation, and mental well-being.

Your support will help students manage stress, stay engaged, and feel more comfortable expressing themselves in creative and meaningful ways. This is a great way to help the put their phones away.
