My co-teacher and I are starting our second year together in 4th grade ICT. We are so excited to meet our new bunch of kiddos. Last year they were absolutely tech-crazy! This year we are going to take writing to a whole new level with digital writing notebooks!
They are inspiring to teach, but watching them love learning is what it's all about.
They get excited when they walk into a new school year with all new and wonderful tech choices.
My Project
My co-teacher and I are starting our second year together in 4th grade ICT. Our class is made up of both students in the general population and also has students with specific learning needs. That's why we love having two teachers and two learning environments. We like to split our class in half and teach in smaller groups. This way, we can target any needs and have a more personalized mini lesson. Last year we did this by having one teacher on the big rug with the Promethean board display while the other teacher was on the small rug without needed technology.
This year we are going to attempt digital writing notebooks for all of our students.
However, in order to be as effective as possible, our second teaching areas needs a projection of our computer so that we can model! This TV and mount will take our teaching up a gear! It will help us be the best teachers for our amazing kids!
