My Students
My school is a charter school located in North Minneapolis. Eighty-five percent of our school's students receive free or reduced-price lunch. Students come to school each day eager to learn and ready to work hard. I teach 4th grade math and science! Our school is a tight-knit community of students and teachers who come to school every day and work extremely hard.
I want my scholars to leave each day feeling empowered, enabled, and engaged in their learning and their well rounded education experience.
My Project
I've been teaching online since March. These are tools I've been needing/wanting for almost a year now. With no near end in sight for distance learning I would love to have two screens to be able to present better for my students. I will also be able to raise my computer up with a wireless keyboard so my alignment is at a healthy level.
Since beginning distance learning I have had back issues and my neck and shoulders are extremely tense.
I need to invest in proper materials in order to stay healthy and provide quality instruction for my students.
