This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We are ordering supplies to make our two dual language classrooms run smoothly. At our dual language school, students spend half the day learning Spanish and the other have learning English. This means that students switch from an English to a Spanish classroom in the middle of the day. Each student needs things like storage bins and water bottles in each class! Between our two classes we have over 50 students, so this means we need quite a lot of basic materials.
Our students need these supplies to help them stay organized between two different classes and two different teachers.
This project will support the development of our bilingual program and will help students keep their materials organized, hydrated, and ready to learn!
