it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
In creating a technologically stable classroom, we must harness the technology resources they need to function in the digital age.
The use of technology in the hands of students help meet learning challenges by bringing the world closer.
My students are in need of iPads/ Tablets to enhance their learning.
We are a public school in the Bronx which services low to middle income students and their parents . Our students come from a wide variety of backgrounds; incorporating technology is an important part of supporting childrens' learning. As multi-sensory learners , technology helps bring learning to life for the visual and tactile learner. Students will be able to create working documents in which they can voice their opinions on topics in class.
If our students are to succeed in a fast challenging , global society we must harness the resources that will allow students to link technology cross curriculums. Classroom instruction will become more diverse , more effective and more efficient. For the disadvantaged learner digital learning can be a much needed bridge to equity.
My Project
Technology can be used to improve teaching and learning as well as for helping our students be successful. Education can not only be paper and pencil when there are ways to bring learning closer. Incorporating technology students are able to engage in inquiry based projects to think and create rather than memorize. Technology can help with the enhancement of skills. Students can create tangible work such as websites, blogs and multimedia presentations as part of their project. They will be able to travel the world in the comfort of their own classroom . Technology will open the windows of the world .
