My Project
Tummy Time Special is something that growing children need to build the child's core strength. This will help them be able to crawl or move around more effectively. Tummy time special is special to all students, but especially those with students with special abilities that have g-tubes. My students primarily all have g-tubes.
Tummy Time Special!
I am requesting the following items to help me build a fun and enjoyable tummy time experience for my students. To ensure safety, we would not be feeding them with these belts, only allowing them the ability to be comfortable during tummy time. I have including three different types of g-tube belts for variability. They all protect and most have a soft cushion to further enhance the tummy time experience.
My students are also tactile and sensory so the sensory tiles and the sensory mats will help make tummy time special and playful. This project is important to me and my students because it will allow tummy time to become something not only needed, but special!
