My Project
Second Graders get Treasure Box prizes for reading to build a Love for Literacy, one book at a time!
At this important stage in their learning journey, second graders are growing from learning how to read into reading to learn.
To support and celebrate this growth, we use Treasure Box prizes as a fun, motivating tool to encourage regular reading.
Treasure Box prizes boosts motivation. Small rewards help students get excited about reading. When children know they can earn a fun prize, they’re more likely to pick up a book and stick with it.
Treasure Box prizes builds student confidence. Whether a child is reading fluently or still developing skills, Treasure Box prizes reward effort—not just achievement. That recognition builds confidence and encourages continued progress.
Treasure Box prizes makes reading fun. A treasure-themed prize system taps into second graders’ sense of adventure and imagination, making reading feel like a rewarding game.
