Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My 5th-grade students are bright, curious, and full of energy! They work hard every day, and I believe in celebrating their growth, both academically and behaviorally. One way I motivate and reward them is through our classroom Treasure Box, filled with small prizes that bring big smiles. However, keeping it stocked can be a challenge.

Positive reinforcement plays a key role in our classroom culture, and the Treasure Box is a fun and meaningful part of that system.

Whether it's for showing kindness, reaching a goal, or acing a tough quiz, they love having something to look forward to. I am requesting small, affordable rewards to help refill our classroom Treasure Box. Items like fidget toys, stress balls, and keychains are all huge hits! These little treasures serve as a tangible reminder that hard work and good behavior are noticed and appreciated.

With your support, we can keep the excitement alive and continue building a classroom where positive behavior is celebrated and encouraged. Thank you for helping me make our classroom a place where learning is rewarding in every sense of the word!
