This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As part of our ongoing efforts to foster a positive and encouraging classroom environment, I would love some items to add to a class Treasure Box for my second-graders.
A treasure box provides an exciting incentive for students to consistently demonstrate responsibility, respect, and kindness in the classroom.
Kids earn student points throughout the week, and on Fridays, we have a store where they can use their points to buy items. Adding fidgets, play-dough, bouncy balls, stickers, and more will increase interest during the end of the school year for kids to continue to do their best.
