This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
One thing that I love about my students is how sweet and supportive they are toward one another. They are a very kind group with big hearts. By purchasing these books for the class, it will allow us to read about a topic that we are very interested in together. Reading and exploring together help build classroom community and a great support system throughout the school year. I will use these books as a shared reading with the whole class. This is a topic that my students find very interesting.
