My Project

For many of my students, this is their first time in school and away from familiar faces. They are eager learners, and their faces light up as they master new concepts.

My goal is to provide my students with a love of their environment, enrich their learning, and give them as big of a head start as possible in a classroom filled with all the tools to make that happen.

With your help, this will be possible. With your donation, I will be able to provide them with enriching resources that families in this area cannot offer. Our incredible classroom equalizes opportunities for all children. It is such a joy to see my students come in with smiles and an eagerness to learn in their hearts. With these STEAM kits from Lakeshore, not only will my little learners be able to create an airplane, a boat, and a car, but they will also be able to "try them out." I plan to assist my students while they assemble their modes of transportation. I also plan on having demonstrations of their creations. We will fly our airplanes outside, and we will have car races as well. We will float the boats in our water table. This will allow them to see how things move on the land, air, and water, and hopefully, they will better understand each.
