My Project

I am constantly looking for ways to grow as an educator and keep positively impacting my students and their families. This online training from Wrightslaw is focused on the current laws and practices within transition programming to best serve young adults. I am hoping to attend it and be able to bring what I learn into my classroom and community space with my students.

I want to empower my students to become their best advocates as they continue to navigate their disabilities and journey ahead.

I see my role as being able to help provide tools and strategies for students and families going forward and I hope this training opportunity will build on this.
