My Project

I’m a 5th grade teacher who had the opportunity to visit the Ron Clark Academy, and it completely changed how I run my classroom. I brought back a house system, and it’s been amazing to see how much it’s helped my 24 students grow—especially in teamwork, leadership, and building a strong classroom community.

My classroom is full of bright, unique learners who each bring something special to the table.

From students who thrive in hands-on groups to those who need a little extra support and structure, they all benefit from a space designed for collaboration and movement. With space already limited, traditional desks just aren’t cutting it anymore. Tables would help my students stay organized, work together more effectively, and feel comfortable in a room built around connection, flexibility, and belonging.
