Trampolines in PE

Help me give my students enjoy the activity of rebounding and balancing on a trampoline in Phys Ed class!

My Project

Our building houses students Kindergarten through 5th grade. Students enjoy the opportunity to participate in Physical Education (PE) 4 or 5 days a week. We are looking for new and exciting ways to incorporate activities into our curriculum. We want them to be able to participate in a wide variety of activities while in PE as well as be introduced to other activities they may not participate in outside of school.

Balance, strength, and coordination seem to be the biggest concerns for our students.

We would like to incorporate 4 small Trampolines into our Fun Day activities each week. Students would be able to bounce on the Trampolines while in PE. By using the Trampolines, students will be able to improve their overall fitness, which is in line to our Fitness Gram Goals, as well as their overall strength and endurance. Bouncing on the Trampoline will also help improve their coordination and balance.
