Training To Win

Help me give my students training equipment as we prepare for our upcoming volleyball season.

My Project

Volleyball is a way of life for my girls. It never ends. We love volleyball and so we play as much as we can. The training never stops. We are now training new girls to become better volleyball players.

Because our program is growing, we need more training aids such as weight and tricep bars to help build muscle to make our girls stronger hitters and blockers.

The yoga ball will help strengthen core muscles for higher jumping and more aggressive hitting.

During this season we teach every girl who wants to learn how to play volleyball. No one is turned away. The exercise equipment will allow us to become stronger as a team and become a force to be reckoned with.
