This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This year we are lucky enough to begin a brand-new co-ed soccer team to represent our Elementary. Our elementary is a Title-I school in Houston, TX! Because of the pandemic, we have not been able to have a soccer team for the past two years. This year over 130 students tried out! We finally have an amazing team ready to compete against other HISD schools. Our team will be composed of 25 young, eager players!

We are thrilled to have both boys and girls representing our school proudly on the soccer field.

In order to make this happen, I want to be able to give our students socks and training vests to use during practice and during games. I know that these uniforms will help shape our team! I want our students to feel proud and play their best! Help us receive these practice uniforms and socks. Thank you in advance for all of your donations.
